Happy Mooncake Festival!!

Being 21 isn't that fun anymore, especially when everyone thinks that I'm childish when I tell them that I wanna celebrate mooncake festival and play tanglung. The only answer I get from them is " u think u still small ah?? play tanglung.. tsk tsk ". Why?! big d cannot play meh?! cissss..

Since no one's gonna play tanglung with me this year and I'm stuck all alone at home with my parents, the only thing I can do now is to blog something about mooncake festival. =D Kasi syok sendiri a lil. lol.

Hmmm.. this limbo rock game is a lil tricky here... those who cant pass it will knock the pole and then the fire in the tanglung will burn the tanglung and the tanglung will then burn the person's hair and the person will run around screaming for help while the others watch and laugh! tsk tsk.. such evil plan huh. Anyway, I'm just crapping... pardon me. :P

Frankly speaking, I'm never a fan of this kinda tanglung.. I prefer this... (below)

I remembered the last time I actually celebrated the mooncake festival was 2years back.. back in 2006 when we were still "young".

Well, it's kinda silly for us to hang all the tanglungs at the gate because in the end we are the ones having difficulties going in and out the house. Now who's great idea it is?!!! hahahaa.

This picture shows that even big buffaloes still enjoy playing tanglung okay!

and since we forgot about the stick to carry the tanglungs around, we opted for other alternatives.. HANGERS.. smart huh? lol.

Usually we see children walking around the neighborhood carrying tanglung. Now this is something different.. this is what BIG BOYS do.. they ride their motorcycle and carry tanglung with a hanger. Hahahahahaa!!! oh gosh.. I miss those silly moments. lolx.

p/s: tanglungs = lanterns.
